This place was built on the tears of bbq pit masters. This place is the stuff that dreams are made of. This place puts Satan in a cage and laughs at him while they use his flames to smoke delicious meats. Yeah it's pretty good.

My wife and I were passing through Watson and talking about what to do for lunch. Se said Oh and pulled into a strip mall. She pointed at the place that had a sign that just said BBQ and told me it was supposed to have great food. I though ok, some of the best places don't look that great from the outside. Inside was much nicer. The women at the counter were very friendly, even suggesting what to order to get the best value for our money. And it was AMAZING. Brisket was tender and flavorful. Same with the pulled pork. Beans were great, and the potato salad was very different and very good. My wife thought it was the best she had ever had. Only weak spot would be the rolls and who cares, who wants to waste space on bread when the real food is that good.

This was my second trip. This is really good BBQ. I pass up at least two other BBQ joints to get to this place. I got brisket and pulled pork this time and they are both delicious. Last time I got ribs, which were also very good, but was trying to keep my hands clean this time. Note to Dads, there is no changing table in the men's room. Not sure about the women's. I will be going back soon.

BBQ is all good, They're hamburgers are my favorite though, French fries, and tea, hard to beat anywhere and close to home.

Best BBQ in the state of LA & that’s saying ALOT coming from a TX girl! We always get the 5 meat & split between the 2 of us. Everything is wonderful! My faves are the brisket, pulled pork & ribs. The place is clean, service is fast & all of the ladies that work there are friendly & great people! Top Notch!

Firehouse is my #1 place for bbq. So very glad they reopened after the flood. I need a nap after all that good food. Ribs are fall off the bone, chicken has a nice smokey flavor, brisket is to die for. The potato salad is my favorite side. The bbq is smokey yet sweet.

Best brisket in Louisiana!

I’m from Texas, so beating out bbq is VERY HARD! But this place is absolutely AMAZING! Will definitely be coming back! Not to mention, the customer service and ladies working there are WONDERFUL PEOPLE and very sweet and helpful! Extremely fast service and they let me sample the food first. They deserve a raise! Because they are the most cheerful and happiest people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant!

Wow.. Where has this place been all my life? I had the brisket plate and was pleasantly surprised. The meat was so tender it was falling apart in your fingers. The taste was amazing. Best brisket I have ever had hands down. We will definitely be back! Excellent customer service as well.

This is the best barbecue I have ever eaten. All of their meat is juicy and tender. I’ve never been a big fan of brisket until I tasted the brisket from here. We also used them for my daughters wedding and the food was a big hit. The potato salad is like no other, so yummy! They are all very friendly up there also.

Such a great place to eat Barbecue! The ribs are cooked perfectly. The meat is so tender, it falls off the bone. I haven't tried everything yet, but everyone I know loves to eat there. Fast and friendly people that work there!

My wife and I went to Firehouse BBQ tonight for the first time. We don’t eat out often, but I’m really glad we chose this place. The BBQ was the best we’ve had and they even brought us things to try when they found out it was our first visit. Thank you guys for a great experience. We will be back.
